Director of Quality Operations
Job Summary
Obsessed with quality and driven by data, the full-time remote Director of Quality Operations will manage a central quality team, oversee NCQA compliance, and enhance operational performance to ensure the accuracy and reliability of provider data at CertifyOS.
Key responsibilities
- Own and define quality standards for data and work processes, driving improvements at scale
- Lead a central quality team to conduct audits, improve methodologies, and enhance audit processes
- Manage daily audit throughput, capacity planning, and staffing while ensuring compliance with NCQA standards
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in healthcare operations, quality, or compliance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Deep expertise in credentialing processes and NCQA standards
- Proven experience in building measurement and feedback systems to reduce error rates
- Strong technical fluency to collaborate with Product and Engineering teams
- Executive presence and comfort in presenting to senior client stakeholders
