Director of Real World Data Strategy
Job Summary
As a key member of the enterprise Real World Data Strategy team, the full-time remote Director of Real World Data Strategy will manage the integration of AI and data intelligence into actionable strategies that align with business and R&D priorities, driving evidence generation and competitive differentiation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead AI innovation by integrating advanced analytics into RWD strategy and decision-making processes
- Develop and communicate a forward-looking RWD exploration strategy aligned with business priorities and pipeline goals
- Monitor the global RWD ecosystem to identify and evaluate emerging data sources and technologies for strategic opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in health research, life sciences, data science, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years of experience in real-world healthcare data, data strategy, or market intelligence
- Demonstrated experience with AI and advanced analytics in RWD or life sciences contexts
- Proven ability to advise senior leaders in a complex, matrixed organization
- Deep expertise in RWD sources and experience engaging with RWD vendors and data partners
