Director of Recruiting
Job Summary
To support the growth of a dynamic organization, the full-time remote Director of Recruiting will be responsible for recruiting new agent producers and field managers, assisting them in understanding growth opportunities, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist potential agents and field sales managers in recognizing growth and success opportunities with the organization
- Become an expert in the organization's operations and navigate its systems to support new agents effectively
- Maintain communication with all agents to facilitate efficient onboarding and perform additional assigned duties
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or undergraduate degree; industry experience may substitute for education
- Three or more years of experience in insurance marketing and sales and/or training
- Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with common software applications
