Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic Director of Recruiting, the full-time remote position will manage the end-to-end recruiting process, ensuring the sourcing, vetting, and hiring of top talent to support the company's growth and mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruiting pipeline by sourcing candidates through various channels and filtering applicants based on role alignment
- Oversee interview operations, including structured interviews and candidate experience management
- Optimize sourcing channels and manage relationships with outside recruiting partners to ensure consistent candidate quality
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in remote or ecommerce settings
- Proven track record of hiring across various roles including marketing, operations, and leadership
- Experience with structured interviews, test projects, and case studies
- Expertise in outbound sourcing and proficiency with LinkedIn and Workable
- Strong writing skills for job postings and candidate communications
