Director of Recruiting

Job Summary

To support a growing brand, the full-time remote Director of Recruiting will manage the entire recruiting process, from sourcing and vetting candidates to conducting interviews and optimizing hiring metrics, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent for various roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruiting pipeline by sourcing candidates through multiple channels and filtering applicants based on role profiles
• Conduct structured interviews and oversee the candidate experience, including running test projects and managing feedback
• Optimize sourcing channels and manage outside recruiting partners to ensure alignment with hiring standards

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in remote or ecommerce settings
• Proven track record of hiring across various roles, including marketing, operations, and leadership
• Strong presence on camera and ability to represent the brand to candidates effectively
• Experience with structured interviews and outbound sourcing, particularly using LinkedIn and Workable
• Ability to manage multiple active roles simultaneously while maintaining process integrity
