Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate experience management
- Design and implement effective people systems for onboarding, retention, and performance management
- Collaborate with leadership on organizational design and capacity planning to align with business needs
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in remote or e-commerce settings
- 5+ years of progressive HR or people operations experience with leadership responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Proven track record in hiring across various roles including marketing and leadership
- Strong understanding of contractor classification, employment law, and risk mitigation
