Director of Regional Product Management
Job Summary
Owning the commercial success of AI products in a specific market, the full-time Director of Regional Product Management will translate global strategies into localized plans, partner with sales and marketing for product launches, and drive revenue targets while working flexibly or remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate the global AI product roadmap into tailored plans for the assigned industry or customer segment
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to launch AI products and ensure successful adoption
- Own the commercial strategy, including product mix and deal structure, to meet revenue and margin targets
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management, solution consulting, or go-to-market strategy in enterprise software
- Domain expertise in at least one industry or customer segment, including core systems and regulations
- Proven track record of influencing enterprise deals through discovery and solution design
- Experience in taking AI or automation use cases from concept to production
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow AI Platform is a plus
