Job Summary
Owning the commercial strategy for a specific industry or customer segment in the Americas, the full-time Director of Regional Product Management will translate the global AI product roadmap into localized plans, partner with sales and marketing to launch AI products, and act as the technical and commercial expert in the field, all while working flexibly or remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate the global AI product roadmap into a tailored plan for the assigned industry or segment
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to successfully launch AI products and ensure adoption
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development and represent the company at industry events
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management, solution consulting, or go-to-market strategy in enterprise software
- Domain expertise in at least one industry or customer segment, including knowledge of core systems and regulations
- Proven track record of influencing enterprise deals through discovery and solution design
- Experience in taking AI or automation use cases from concept to production
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow AI Platform is a plus
