Director of Relationship Management
Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of retirement plan clients, the fully remote Director of Relationship Management will ensure high-quality service delivery, oversee a team of Relationship Managers, and provide strategic guidance to enhance client outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of Relationship Managers, including onboarding and performance feedback
- Lead client meetings and fiduciary discussions focused on plan health and participant engagement
- Monitor responsiveness and ensure timely resolutions across all client interactions and service requests
Required qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in relationship or client management within the retirement plan or financial services industry
- 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role
- Solid understanding of qualified retirement plans (401(k), 403(b), 457, DB, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree required; industry credentials such as QKA, QPA, or AIF are a plus
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
