Director of Resilience
Job Summary
Leading the enterprise resilience program, the full-time salaried Director of Resilience will establish strategy, governance, and operational models to ensure the organization can withstand and recover from disruptive events while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise resilience strategy and roadmap, establishing governance and performance metrics
- Lead business impact analyses and resilience assessments, maintaining visibility into resilience posture across critical services
- Coordinate crisis management planning and resilience exercises, supporting executive readiness and response planning
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in operational resilience, business continuity, disaster recovery, or related disciplines
- Experience building and leading enterprise resilience programs
- Strong understanding of critical service resilience and crisis preparedness
- Familiarity with ISO 22301, NIST, DORA, and related resilience frameworks
