Director of Resource Management

Job Summary

To build and lead a newly created enterprise resource management function, the full-time Director of Resource Management will establish a strategic capability across the organization, partnering with HR, Finance, and Operations to optimize workforce planning and talent deployment, while supporting client work and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and evolve resource management as a strategic capability, developing scalable processes and best practices
• Partner with HR and Finance to forecast staffing needs, aligning talent supply with client demand and business priorities
• Serve as a trusted advisor to agency leaders on workforce planning and capacity decisions, supporting new business opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or talent deployment within professional services organizations
• Demonstrated success in building or scaling resource management capabilities in complex environments
• Strong understanding of staffing models, utilization, and workforce forecasting
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions across multiple stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead through influence rather than direct authority
