Director of Resource Optimization

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency and financial performance, the full-time remote Director of Resource Optimization will develop and implement strategies for optimizing the global workforce while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable improvements across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an enterprise-wide resource optimization strategy focused on labor efficiency and productivity improvement
• Establish scalable methodologies and frameworks to enhance workforce effectiveness and operational performance
• Leverage data and technology to identify opportunities for capacity optimization and improve delivery outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in resource optimization or business transformation, including 5 years advising large organizations on workforce strategy
• Demonstrated success in designing and leading structured labor optimization programs with measurable outcomes
• Deep expertise in financial modeling related to labor efficiency and productivity improvement
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders across various business functions
