Director of Revenue Analytics
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of Go-To-Market data initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Revenue Analytics will collaborate with executives across various departments to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue performance through advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the vision and roadmap for analytics supporting the entire revenue organization
- Guide the development of predictive models and champion experimentation to enhance conversion rates and customer retention
- Mentor a team of Data Scientists and Analytics professionals while fostering a culture of curiosity and accountability
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Data Science, Revenue Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or related fields
- 3+ years of experience leading analytics or data science teams
- Strong SQL expertise and experience with Python-based analytics environments
- Background in machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis
- Understanding of SaaS business models and revenue operations
