Director of Revenue Cycle

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership in a remote environment, the full-time Director of Revenue Cycle will oversee vendor partnerships, ensure contract compliance, and drive revenue cycle strategy to optimize financial performance across the Care Network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships to maximize revenue, cash collections, and reimbursement performance
• Collaborate with senior leaders to implement best practices and enhance revenue cycle outcomes
• Conduct revenue cycle assessments and benchmarking to identify areas for improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare and revenue cycle management
• 8 years of leadership experience in a related field
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle
• Experience in conducting revenue cycle assessments
