Director of Revenue Cycle

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership and oversight, the full-time remote Director of Revenue Cycle will manage vendor partnerships, ensure contract compliance, and optimize revenue cycle outcomes while collaborating with senior leaders to enhance financial performance across the Care Network.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee vendor management and operational leadership to maximize revenue and cash collections
• Partner with senior leaders to drive revenue cycle strategy and implement best practices
• Conduct revenue cycle assessments and benchmarking to improve performance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare and revenue cycle management
• 8 years of leadership experience in a relevant field
• Detailed knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes
• Experience in conducting revenue cycle assessments and benchmarking
