Director of Revenue Cycle Management

Job Summary

To optimize Medicaid and Managed Care billing operations, the remote Director of Revenue Cycle Management will manage a team of 10-15, ensuring timely and accurate billing, addressing claim denials, and collaborating across departments to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a billing team, ensuring timely and accurate billing submissions
• Oversee the preparation and submission of Medicaid and Managed Care claims
• Identify and address issues related to claim denials and ensure claims are resubmitted as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
• 5+ years of experience in Medicaid billing and Managed Care programs
• Proven experience managing a team of 10-15 billing staff
• In-depth knowledge of Medicaid portals and EDI claims systems
• Strong experience with reconciliation processes and general ledger alignment
