Director of Revenue Cycle Management

Job Summary

Leading strategic initiatives and technology integration within the Revenue Cycle department, the full-time remote Director of Revenue Cycle Management, Analytics, and Innovation will serve as a critical liaison between business operations and IT, driving the annual roadmap process and ensuring successful implementation of revenue cycle initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the annual roadmap process by gathering and prioritizing revenue cycle initiatives from stakeholders
• Oversee cross-functional projects and lead teams to enhance revenue cycle operations
• Collaborate with the Epic IT team to integrate technology solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, finance, business administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in revenue cycle management
• 3+ years of related management experience
• Strong Epic systems experience preferred
• Master's Degree in a relevant field is preferred
