Job Summary
To support the growth and transformation of integrated Revenue Cycle Management services, the remote Director of Revenue Cycle Management will execute strategic initiatives, drive operational efficiency, and lead AI-first innovations to enhance service delivery and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the execution of the RCM strategy, aligning operational priorities and technology investments with business objectives
- Champion an AI-first approach to automate and optimize revenue cycle workflows, partnering with Product and Engineering teams
- Lead continuous improvement efforts in RCM service delivery, ensuring quality, efficiency, and accountability across operations
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of leadership experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in dental services or healthcare technology
- Deep understanding of end-to-end dental RCM workflows, including claims submission and accounts receivable
- Proven experience in scaling complex RCM operations with accountability for financial performance and service quality
- Strong knowledge of process automation and AI-enabled workflows in operational transformation
- Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to define business requirements and improve workflows
