Director of Revenue Cycle Management

Job Summary

Leading the operational and financial activities of the Revenue Cycle Services team, the full-time remote Director of Revenue Cycle Management will manage day-to-day operations, budgeting, and client financial management while driving continuous improvement and business development efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Directs operations, client engagement, and business development for Revenue Cycle Services, setting performance targets
• Develops and manages operational initiatives with measurable outcomes while fostering a collaborative team environment
• Collaborates with executives to define strategic goals and ensure alignment with company objectives and client needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience with P&L management, strategic planning, and team leadership
• More than five years of experience working with electronic health record (EHR) applications
• Thorough understanding of revenue cycle performance, billing, coding, and reimbursement models
• Advanced leadership skills with the ability to build high-performing teams in a remote environment
