Director of Revenue Cycle Operations

Job Summary

Providing strategic and operational leadership, the full-time remote Director of Revenue Cycle Operations will oversee revenue cycle functions across medical group, urgent care, and occupational health service lines, focusing on optimizing revenue integrity and enhancing patient financial experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead revenue cycle functions to align with financial, operational, and patient experience objectives across multiple service lines
• Drive system standardization and performance management initiatives by collaborating with market leaders and stakeholders
• Utilize data analytics to monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies that improve cash collections and reduce claim denials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business (required); Master's Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration (preferred)
• 7+ years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle experience, including ambulatory billing operations, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Experience in multi-site or multi-market ambulatory revenue cycle leadership
• Familiarity with Epic and vendor-partner oversight (preferred)
• Strong computer technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
