Director of Revenue Cycle Operations

Job Summary

Overseeing all aspects of the revenue cycle, the remote Director of Revenue Cycle Operations will manage billing, coding, claims processing, and collections while driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the revenue cycle management team to enhance engagement and productivity
• Develop strategies to improve revenue cycle processes and reduce claim denials
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize workflows and achieve revenue goals

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, including 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of healthcare billing, coding, and payer regulations
• Proven experience in process improvement implementation
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
