Director of Revenue Cycle Operations

Job Summary

Overseeing all aspects of the revenue cycle, the remote Director of Revenue Cycle Operations will manage billing, coding, claims processing, and collections while driving efficiency and compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the revenue cycle management team, focusing on engagement and productivity
• Develop strategies to improve revenue cycle processes and enhance revenue capture while analyzing key performance indicators
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and optimize workflows in collaboration with various departments

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of healthcare billing, coding, and payer regulations
• Proven experience in process improvement initiatives
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage large teams effectively
