Director of Revenue Cycle Operations

Job Summary

To support operational excellence in revenue cycle management, the full-time Director of Revenue Cycle Operations will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance and effectiveness while collaborating with various internal and external teams in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal liaison for revenue cycle operations, translating business priorities into operational plans and performance expectations
• Direct daily operational performance across all revenue cycle functions, including patient intake, coding, claims submission, and collections
• Lead initiatives to improve revenue cycle workflows and operational controls while managing Quadax tools and data for claims management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered
• 10+ years of progressive revenue cycle operations experience, particularly in diagnostic laboratory settings
• 5+ years of leadership experience in revenue cycle operations at a managerial level or higher
• Direct operational experience with Quadax, including workflow management and claims processes
• Deep understanding of diagnostic laboratory revenue cycle practices, including coding, claims, and denials management
