Director of Revenue Operations

Job Summary

To support a growing fundraising initiative, the full-time remote Director of Revenue Operations will manage the operating backbone of the Fundraising function, focusing on data, systems, and processes that drive predictable growth and enhance donor experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own and build the strategic data and systems architecture for Fundraising, ensuring reliable tracking and reporting
• Lead the design and institutionalization of operating rhythms, such as pipeline reviews and reporting cadences, to facilitate consistent execution of fundraising strategies
• Act as the liaison between Fundraising and other functions, representing operational needs and collaborating on organizational change initiatives

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, or a chief-of-staff role within a fundraising or partnerships organization
• Demonstrated experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and building KPI frameworks for multiple teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguity and drive decisions using data
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional relationships and influencing senior stakeholders
• Experience managing teams or workstreams, with the ability to scope roles and structure as functions grow
