Job Summary
Leading product strategy for the risk adjustment ecosystem, the full-time salaried Director of Risk Adjustment will define and execute the product roadmap, enhance clinician experience through technology, and ensure compliance with evolving CMS regulations in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Defining and executing the product roadmap across risk adjustment workflows
- Driving enhancements in the careflow platform to improve documentation quality
- Translating CMS regulatory changes into actionable product strategies
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- 2+ years in healthcare payer, value-based care, or Risk Adjustment
- Deep understanding of HCC coding and CMS Risk Adjustment models
- Experience with healthcare interoperability, including APIs and HIEs
- Strong analytical skills related to RAF performance and operational KPIs
