Director of Security

Job Summary

Leading the security organization, the full-time Director of Security will manage the end-to-end security posture of the cloud platform and corporate environments, ensuring compliance and resilience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the security strategy across Cloud Security, Application Security, SecOps, and GRC
• Implement compliance frameworks and maintain critical certifications in partnership with GTM and Legal
• Drive secure product development and enhance incident response capabilities to improve platform resilience

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading security teams with a focus on high-scale cloud platforms
• 8+ years of expertise in building and securing SaaS or IaaS products with a deep understanding of cloud-native architectures
• Proven ability to develop and execute complex security programs balancing risk and business agility
• Experience fostering a remote-first culture and accountability across distributed teams
• Strong operational security metrics mindset with experience in improving organizational security hygiene
