Director of Security Architecture

Job Summary

Leading the strategic design and implementation of enterprise-wide security architecture initiatives, the full-time Director of Security Architecture will manage security frameworks and drive Zero-Trust Security Architecture while collaborating with executive leadership and technology teams, with the option to work remotely and travel to Jacksonville, FL monthly.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Security Architecture teams to design scalable and secure enterprise solutions across various environments
• Define and maintain enterprise security architecture frameworks, standards, and roadmaps aligned with business needs
• Drive the advancement of Zero-Trust Security Architecture and establish security standards for AI adoption

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 12+ years of progressive experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architecture role
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise security architectures in complex environments
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern application architectures
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001)
