Director of Security Compliance

Job Summary

Leading the charge in engineered compliance, the full-time remote Director of Security Compliance will manage continuous controls monitoring, automated evidence collection, and risk governance while ensuring the integrity of the assurance evidence base that supports customer trust and sales enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Drive engineered compliance through continuous controls monitoring and compliance-as-code initiatives
• Lead enterprise risk and continuity governance, managing organizational security and third-party risks
• Own and safeguard the assurance evidence base for customer security reviews and trust initiatives

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading security assurance or risk transformation programs
• Strong technical command of regulatory frameworks including PCI, SOC, SOX, and ISO
• Demonstrated success in implementing automated controls and continuous evidence collection
• Ability to balance regulatory rigor with engineering constraints in technical discussions
• Experience managing a team of security, risk, or compliance professionals
