Director of Security Engineering

Job Summary

Leading enterprise security infrastructure initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Security Engineering will manage teams responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing security measures across on-premises and cloud environments, while aligning security strategies with organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the management and performance of enterprise security infrastructure and engineering teams
• Develop and execute strategies and engineering roadmaps aligned with Information Security objectives
• Direct the architecture and lifecycle management of Palo Alto Networks firewalls and cloud security infrastructure

Required qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of management experience in enterprise security infrastructure or related fields
• Extensive experience with Palo Alto Networks technologies and cloud security in AWS and Microsoft Azure
• Strong knowledge of enterprise network infrastructure and security technologies
• Experience with Zero Trust architecture and SASE principles
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
