Director of Security & Labs

Job Summary

As a strategic architect and operational lead, the full-time remote Director of Security & Labs will guide cross-functional teams in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of Labs solutions and Security Review processes while modernizing the ecosystem operating model with AI-assisted workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and champion the 2-3 year strategic vision for the Labs portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate initiatives
• Act as the primary operational liaison to the Product Security team, co-designing ecosystem security programs and managing high-priority partner security escalations
• Architect and own the AI-tooling roadmap to automate operational processes and enhance ecosystem programs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in program management or technical product management within a high-growth SaaS enterprise
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align executive stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong background in navigating complex software security reviews and managing client/partner escalations
• Hands-on experience embedding AI workflows into business processes to improve efficiency
• Deep familiarity with the Salesforce platform and the Trailblazer ecosystem
