Director of Security Product Management

Job Summary

Owning the security product strategy end-to-end, the full-time remote Director of Security Product Management will manage the product vision, roadmap, and investment strategy while collaborating with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ensure secure product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for security offerings, advocating for it internally and externally
• Deeply engage with database security, networking, and identity and access management to collaborate effectively with engineering
• Drive go-to-market strategies for security launches, including positioning, sales enablement, and documentation

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS with a focus on security products
• Hands-on experience with database security principles and best practices
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and security implications
• In-depth knowledge of identity and access management (IAM)
• Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) preferred
