Director of Service Delivery
Job Summary
Leading the successful implementation of MiraCloud solutions, the full-time Director of Service Delivery will ensure client satisfaction, operational excellence, and timely delivery while overseeing Project Managers and developing project management practices in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead successful delivery of MiraCloud implementation programs, meeting customer expectations for scope, quality, and timelines
- Build trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders and own customer success throughout implementations
- Establish and improve MiraCloud's project management practice, delivery governance, and implementation standards
Required qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in IT Delivery, Professional Services, or related leadership functions
- Experience leading Project Managers or PMO teams in enterprise-scale implementations
- Proven success in managing customer implementation or transformation programs
- Experience in building and scaling delivery organizations and operational processes
- Strong executive-level stakeholder management and customer relationship management skills
