Director of Service Enablement
Job Summary
Leading Service Enablement initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Service Enablement will manage program readiness for product releases, ensuring comprehensive documentation, training, and operational support are in place prior to customer availability.
Key responsibilities
- Own the program confirming organizational readiness for each release, coordinating efforts across Implementation, Support, Product, and Development
- Lead and develop teams in Release Readiness, Manufacturing, SRE, Technical Writing, and Technical Training, including performance management and staffing plans
- Ensure timely completion and accuracy of technical documentation and training for releases and product transitions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of experience in software or healthcare technology services
- 5+ years of experience leading managers or multi-function teams
- Proven program management experience across release readiness, implementation, support, or operations
- Experience leading technical documentation, training, or customer enablement functions
