Job Summary

Building a comprehensive short-form social strategy, the full-time remote Director of Shortform Content will oversee content creation and growth initiatives for a women's health brand, focusing on platforms like Instagram while managing a team of creators and editors.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a short-form social strategy, including content formats and growth plans
• Establish operational workflows for content creation and publishing to ensure consistent output from the team
• Direct and guide creators and editors through the content development process from ideation to final production

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in short-form social/content strategy, ideally with a brand or creator
• Proven ability to translate complex topics into engaging, accessible storytelling for social media
• Experience in directing teams of creators and editors to achieve high-quality content
• Deep knowledge of short-form platforms, particularly Instagram, and their growth mechanics
• Strong storytelling instincts and strategic decision-making skills based on social analytics
