Job Summary
Leading the strategy and governance of an enterprise skills ecosystem, the full-time remote Director of Skills Ecosystem will oversee the design and evolution of the skills framework and talent marketplace, ensuring alignment with business priorities and workforce needs.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, governance, and evolution of the enterprise skills architecture, including proficiency models and skills lifecycle management
- Oversee the optimization of the Talent Marketplace and design experiences for team members to discover career opportunities and development pathways
- Partner with HR Technology and analytics to create an integrated talent ecosystem and ensure seamless data flow across systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in leading enterprise talent, skills, or career development initiatives
- Knowledge of skills-based talent strategies and workforce transformation practices
- Experience with HRIS, talent marketplace, or workforce planning platforms
- Strong program leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
