Job Summary
Leading software engineering teams, the full-time Director of Software Engineering will provide strategic and operational leadership, translating business priorities into executable engineering strategies while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop software engineering managers and technical leaders, establishing clear expectations and building a sustainable talent pipeline

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience
- 10 years of professional software development experience in progressively elevated roles
- 5 years of management experience in a technical field
- Strong knowledge of solution architecture and cloud-hosted application development using Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Proven track record of delivering complex software projects with distributed or remote teams
