A company is looking for a Director of Software Engineering, Development Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the company's engineering and technology roadmaps to meet customer needs and align product and business goals
- Translate product direction into an actionable roadmap and execution plan
- Expand, support, and mentor a best-in-class team of 100+ people
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in technology leadership and software engineering
- Domain expertise in IaaS or SaaS products
- Experience working with enterprise software is a must
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus
- Excellent understanding of cloud computing technologies and highly available large-scale distributed systems
