Job Summary
To support enterprise-wide digital transformation, the full-time remote Director of Software Engineering will provide strategic leadership for software engineering and solution architecture, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions while developing technical talent across distributed teams.
Key responsibilities
- Create a vision and strategy for software engineering capabilities, incorporating people, process, and technology
- Lead the development and delivery of software solutions, ensuring alignment with business and customer requirements
- Develop and mentor managers and engineers, enhancing organizational capability through talent development and workforce planning
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
