Job Summary
Leading multiple software engineering teams, the remote Director of Software Engineering will manage the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise software solutions while mentoring engineering managers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technology with business objectives.

- Lead and mentor engineering managers and software engineers across multiple teams, establishing engineering strategies aligned with business goals

- Provide technical oversight for scalable enterprise applications, promoting modern software engineering practices and addressing technical debt
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of progressive software engineering or technology experience, with significant experience in enterprise or SaaS applications
- 5+ years of engineering leadership experience, including managing multiple software development teams
- Demonstrated experience in an Agile/Scrum software development environment
- Strong understanding of modern cloud-based software and data architectures, including experience with Snowflake
