Job Summary
Leading a team of Solutions Consultants, the full-time remote Director of Solutions Consulting will drive strategy and execution to support sales goals, mentor team members, and ensure effective solution positioning throughout the customer journey.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Solutions Consulting team to achieve high performance and engagement
- Oversee the pre-sales engineering process, including solution design and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align strategies and ensure customer success from implementation onward
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a social science field
- Minimum of 18 months of experience in a solutions consulting or pre-sales role
- Experience working with Netsuite integrations in the finance industry
