Job Summary
Leading strategic account management for health systems and specialty pharmacy clients, the full-time remote Director of Specialty Pharmacy Accounts will drive growth, strengthen partnerships, and oversee the implementation of value-based initiatives while managing a high-performing account management team.
Key responsibilities
- Lead strategic account management and partnership development across health systems and specialty pharmacy clients
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities
- Oversee proposal, RFP, and implementation processes for new clients and programs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Pharmacy, or equivalent work experience
- 8 years of experience in pharmacies and/or payer account management
- 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Experience within a payer, PBM, health plan, specialty pharmacy, health system, or pharmacy GPO environment
- Ability to support compliance program objectives and interact cooperatively with other employees
