Job Summary
Leading the product strategy and data architecture for sports viewing experiences, the full-time Director of Sports Data will serve as a strategic product leader and subject matter expert, focusing on translating complex sports data into user-friendly digital experiences across various platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own sports data architecture solutions for multiple digital products
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and UX teams to create intuitive user experiences from complex sports datasets
- Drive alignment between external data providers and internal stakeholders to enhance metadata coverage and accuracy
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience with sports data platforms or large-scale digital sports products
- Deep knowledge of international sports data models and event structures
- Experience integrating and interpreting complex programming data feeds
