Director of Strategic Finance

Job Summary

Leading the financial strategy for a high-growth environment, the full-time remote Director of Strategic Finance will own the consolidated financial plan, serve as a finance partner to key organizational departments, and drive the company's spend strategy for cloud hosting and AI in preparation for public-company readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Corporate Finance's annual objectives and roadmap aligned with Strategic Finance's strategy
• Lead key strategic initiatives to enhance forecast accuracy and establish visibility across cloud and AI spending
• Build and lead a high-performing team, coaching and mentoring direct reports to optimize talent for current business needs

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the SaaS or cybersecurity industry
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
• Proven track record of achieving improved forecast accuracy and planning-cycle speed in a high-growth environment
• Direct involvement in an IPO process or experience within a recently public company
• Strong business acumen with expertise in corporate FP&A, including three-statement forecasting and R&D investment planning
