Director of Strategic Finance
Job Summary
Leading strategic planning and financial analysis, the full-time Director of Strategic Finance will manage the corporate financial model, drive profitability analysis, and align product strategies while working remotely within the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and evolve the consolidated corporate financial model, creating dynamic forecasts for headcount planning and capital allocation
- Develop frameworks to track profitability on a per-product and per-platform basis, enhancing financial insights
- Collaborate with Product and Revenue teams to align resources with customer demand and optimize pricing strategies
Required qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in Strategic Finance or FP&A, preferably in a high-growth tech environment
- Background in Investment Banking or Private Equity, with experience in FinTech as a strong plus
- Advanced financial modeling skills, capable of building complex three-statement models
- Proficiency with modern software tools and large datasets; familiarity with SQL or BI tools is advantageous
- Understanding of B2B/B2B2C business models and the financial implications of pricing strategies
