Director of Strategic Finance

Job Summary

Serving as a senior thought partner, the full-time Director of Strategic Finance will manage financial analysis and decision support across various teams, translating complex data into actionable insights to drive growth and performance in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic finance partner, providing a fact-based financial perspective to senior leaders in key business decisions
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models for growth initiatives, analyzing performance across various metrics and identifying opportunities
• Lead business-case development and post-investment tracking to ensure initiatives translate into measurable results

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, or healthcare finance/analytics
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with advanced Excel proficiency
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into clear business recommendations and influence cross-functional teams
• High ownership and intellectual curiosity, with experience in fast-paced environments where priorities evolve
