Director of Strategic Finance

Job Summary

Reporting directly to the CFO, the full-time remote Director of Strategic Finance will manage the Strategic Finance team, oversee FP&A processes, and build financial models to support strategic decision-making in a high-growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage the Strategic Finance team, providing ongoing coaching and support
• Own and evolve Jasper's FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Prepare financial materials and analysis for board and executive-level reporting, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accuracy

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive FP&A or Strategic Finance experience, ideally within high-growth SaaS companies
• Proven track record of building scalable financial systems and processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Experience operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
