Director of Strategic Finance
Job Summary
Leading the Deal Desk within the Strategic Finance team, the remote Director of Strategic Finance will manage commercial agreements, oversee revenue adjustments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sound financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as DRI for revenue adjustments, ensuring accuracy and integrity in reporting
- Lead weekly alignment meetings with the FP&A team and manage all deal types from standard to complex arrangements
- Produce monthly performance updates for senior leadership, including variance analysis against original assumptions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in commercial finance or strategic finance, with at least 5 years in deal structuring
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate complex deal economics and present recommendations to senior leadership
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition and commercial deal management
- Exceptional judgment and experience presenting to CXO-level audiences
