Job Summary

Leading growth strategy for Scholarship Services in the private-school choice markets, the full-time Director of Strategic Growth will develop and execute initiatives to expand partnerships, enhance market presence, and shape impactful narratives while collaborating cross-functionally in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for Scholarship Services targeting Catholic and private-school choice segments
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with educational leaders and organizations to strengthen trust in the Scholarship Services offering
• Shape the impact narrative for Scholarship Services using data and client stories while contributing thought leadership and presentations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred
• 10 years of experience in education, school choice, or related fields, with a minimum of 5-7 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Significant senior leadership experience within scholarship granting organizations or related nonprofit environments
• Established relationships within the Catholic education community
• Strong executive presence with experience engaging senior leaders and external partners
