Director of Strategic Initiatives

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of a new AI-native platform, the full-time Director of Strategic Initiatives will manage end-to-end program delivery, oversee cross-functional alignment, and ensure the successful migration and adoption of AI applications, all within a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end program delivery, managing governance, risks, and execution across multiple workstreams
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment to ensure platform capabilities deliver measurable business value and sustainable adoption
• Embed responsible AI and compliance requirements into platform delivery while identifying and mitigating risks

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 7-10+ years of program management experience in complex, cross-functional technology programs
• Experience leading architecture, engineering, product, and data science stakeholders for platform modernization
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and align diverse stakeholder groups
• Experience developing and monitoring KPIs to track delivery performance and business outcomes
