Director of Strategic Initiatives
Job Summary
To support complex business transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Strategic Initiatives will lead large-scale projects, analyze business processes for improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Support strategy development for complex business transformational priorities
- Provide oversight for execution of business cases, assessing feasibility, risks, and return on investment
- Drive consensus and ensure end-to-end integrity of project work, including final recommendations and implementation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in the healthcare or insurance industry, leading large-scale initiatives
- Operations experience preferred
- CSSBB - Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) - PMI preferred
